Events

The Events section lets you plan, organize, and manage events such as conferences, workshops, meetups, or client events.

What you can do

  • Create an event - Click "New Event" and set name, dates, and status
  • Edit an event - Update event details, dates, and description
  • Manage agenda - Add agenda items with times and descriptions
  • Add attendees - Register attendees (clients, leads, partners, suppliers)
  • Assign resources - Add staff and speakers with roles (organizer, speaker, support)
  • Track costs - Record and monitor event expenses
  • Change status - Move the event through its lifecycle
  • Delete an event - Remove events that are cancelled

Event statuses

Attendee management

Track who is coming to your event:

Attendee StatusDescription
InvitedInvitation sent
RegisteredAttendee registered

No ShowRegistered but did not attend

Cost tracking

Record all expenses associated with an event:

  • Estimated - Planned cost
  • Confirmed - Approved cost
  • Invoiced - Invoice received for this cost
  • Paid - Cost has been paid

Use the cost tracking feature to compare estimated vs. actual event expenses for better budgeting.
