Recurring Fees
The Recurring Fees section lets you set up and manage subscription-based billing for your clients, such as hosting, maintenance, or SaaS fees.
What you can do
- Create a recurring fee - Click "New Recurring Fee" and set client, amount, and frequency
- Edit a recurring fee - Update amount, frequency, or client details
- Activate / Deactivate - Toggle a recurring fee on or off
- Generate invoices - Create invoices automatically from active recurring fees
- Delete a recurring fee - Remove fees that are no longer needed
Frequencies

| Monthly | Billed every month |
| Quarterly | Billed every 3 months |
| Yearly | Billed once a year |
