Tasks
The Tasks section provides a Kanban board to organize and track individual work items. Tasks belong to projects and can have subtasks, assignees, and comments.
What you can do
- Create a task - Click "New Task" and set a title, project, priority, and assignee
- Drag and drop - Move tasks between columns on the Kanban board
- Edit a task - Click on a task card to update its details
- Add subtasks - Break a task into smaller checklist items
- Assign team members - Add one or more assignees to a task
- Add comments - Discuss the task with your team in the comments section
- Log time - Record hours worked directly from a task
- Filter and search - Filter tasks by project, assignee, priority, or status
Task statuses

Priority levels
| Priority | Description |
|---|---|
| Low | Can wait |
| Medium | Normal priority |
| High | Should be done soon |
| Urgent | Needs immediate attention |
Key fields

Use the Kanban board for a visual overview, or switch to a list view for bulk operations.
