Customer Orders
The Customer Orders section lets you track orders received from your clients, from confirmation through delivery.
What you can do
- Create an order - Click "New Customer Order" and add client, line items, and dates
- Edit an order - Update line items, quantities, or delivery details
- Change status - Move orders through the fulfillment pipeline
- Delete an order - Remove orders that were cancelled or entered incorrectly
- Filter - Filter by status, client, or date range
Order statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Order is being prepared |
| Confirmed | Order has been confirmed with the client |
| In Progress | Order is being fulfilled |
| Shipped | Order has been shipped |
| Delivered | Order has been delivered to the client |
| Cancelled | Order was cancelled |
Key fields

| Order Date | Date the order was received |
