Customer Orders

The Customer Orders section lets you track orders received from your clients, from confirmation through delivery.

What you can do

  • Create an order - Click "New Customer Order" and add client, line items, and dates
  • Edit an order - Update line items, quantities, or delivery details
  • Change status - Move orders through the fulfillment pipeline
  • Delete an order - Remove orders that were cancelled or entered incorrectly
  • Filter - Filter by status, client, or date range

Order statuses

DraftOrder is being prepared
ConfirmedOrder has been confirmed with the client
In ProgressOrder is being fulfilled
ShippedOrder has been shipped
DeliveredOrder has been delivered to the client
CancelledOrder was cancelled

Customer orders update stock levels automatically when products are shipped.
