Cash Flow
The Cash Flow section gives you a forward-looking view of your finances by combining recurring income, expected payments, and one-time entries.
What you can do
- View forecast - See projected cash flow over the coming months
- Add recurring entries - Set up regular expected income or expenses
- Add extraordinary entries - Record one-time expected inflows or outflows
- Configure settings - Set your starting balance and forecast parameters
Data sources
The cash flow forecast is built from:
- Invoices - Expected income from outstanding invoices (based on due dates)
- Passive Invoices - Expected outflows to suppliers
- Recurring Fees - Predictable subscription income
- Recurring entries - Custom repeating income or expenses you define
- Extraordinary entries - One-time events (e.g., equipment purchase, bonus payment)
