Settings
The Settings section lets you configure your workspace, manage companies, invite team members, and set up services.
Only workspace administrators see the Workspace, Tools, and Statistics tabs in Settings. Other members see Profile (and Desktop App when using the desktop client).
Workspace Modules
Admins can choose which sections of the platform are visible to all workspace users. Disabling a module hides it from the sidebar for everyone.
Available modules
| Module | Sections included |
|---|---|
| Main | Dashboard, Cash Flow, AI Tasker |
| Commercial | Contacts, Clients, Ideas, Offers, Activities, Customer Orders |
| Events | Events |
| Planning | Projects, Tasks |
| Operations | Timesheet |
| Products & Warehouse | Products, Stock Alerts, Purchase Orders, Warehouse |
| Revenue | Recurring Fees, Invoices, Commissions, Collections |
| Payments | Suppliers, Passive Invoices, Payments |
What you can do
- Enable a module - Makes the section visible to all workspace users (requires confirmation)
- Disable a module - Hides the section from all workspace users (requires confirmation)
Enabling or disabling a module affects all users in the workspace immediately. A page reload is required for the change to take effect.
Role preview (workspace admins)
Workspace admins can preview the app as another role (Sales, PM, Developer, or Accounting) from Settings → Workspace. This helps verify permissions without switching accounts. While preview is active, a yellow bar appears under the top header showing which role you are previewing as, with a button to end the preview. On the Settings page, an additional amber notice (same style) explains that admin-only tabs and sections stay visible because your account is still an administrator. The server applies the same rules as the previewed role (including company access tied to your admin membership).
Companies
Manage the billing entities in your workspace. Each company has its own:
- Legal information - Name, VAT number, tax code, address
- Bank accounts - IBAN and bank details for EUR, CHF, and USD
- Logo and branding - Company logo and primary color
- Sequential numbers - Auto-incrementing numbers for invoices, offers, projects, and orders
What you can do
- Add a company - Set up a new billing entity in your workspace
- Edit a company - Update legal information, bank details, or branding
- Delete a company - Remove a company (only if no associated data exists)
Team Members
Manage who has access to your workspace and what they can do. Only admins can access this section.
What you can do
- Invite a member - Send an invitation email; the recipient must accept the invitation before joining the workspace
- Change roles - Assign roles to control permissions (Admin, Sales, PM, Developer, Accounting)
- Set a manager - Assign a manager to each member (defaults to the workspace owner for new members)
- Manage company access - Control which companies a member can see
- Remove a member - Revoke workspace access while preserving all associated data (tasks, time logs, comments, etc.)
Admins cannot change their own role, company access, or remove themselves from the workspace. They can only update their own manager assignment.
Invitation flow
- Admin invites a user by email from the Team Members page
- The invited user receives an email with an invitation link
- The invitation appears as "Pending" in the team list
- The invited user can accept or decline from the link or from the workspace selection screen
- On acceptance, the user joins the workspace with the assigned role and the workspace owner as default manager
Roles
Each role controls what a member can see and do across the platform. The table below shows the access level for each area.

The Admin is the only role that can delete most entities and manage workspace settings, members, and roles. For all other roles, deletion is restricted to admins.
You can click the Role Permissions button on the Team Members page to view this table directly inside the app, with the currently selected role highlighted.
